I understand the need for predictability. One thing we can arrange is that Gnome put credit on the account for what we agree and budget, and if that is exceeded, we'd coupon for the remainder of the year. 

If there was a huge sustained increase, we'd need to talk about adjusting that max spend, but we'd again do that on a predictable basis.
