[Geary] Geary reply ideas

We've definitely considered item 2, in that we want to offer inline replies (http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4554).  However, it's not explicit in that ticket that you should be able to switch between Reply and Reply All.  I've added that at http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/5957

Item 1 is something that's occurred to me as well but it never got ticketed.  Done that here: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/5958

I think these are both fine ideas.  I hope we can get to them both in the next cycle.

I'd be interested in some design feedback about 1, but 2 sounds like a
great idea. I like how in Gmail I can switch it to reply all and it
preserves the message text.
