The code of conduct doesn't prohibit us asking legitimate questions about the integrity of hiring decisions.  
This is nothing about Molly's gender or appearance.  We would ask the same thing if Neil hired Lamby's 
brother.

Please don't try to evade it with that CoC document.  Lets have Neil's answer: how long did he know about 
this relationship between his friend and the person he hired?  The integrity of the hiring process is Neil's 
responsibility and we wait patiently for his answer.
