Color profile support: alpha 2

Hi! This is my alpha 2. The biggest change in alpha 2 is the
perfomance, it work faster. Unfortunately it doesn't concern yet to
slide view.
There is not enough time, therefore I'll publish my beta 1 in a week.

small howto:
$ svn co -r4222
$ patch -p0 < ../patch
