Hi,
 Use ohphone, which is in the contrib directory of the cvs for pwlib/opal.

For details on grabbing the code, go to www.voxgratia.org, suck down the 
libs and ohphone and build away...

ohphone will have many of the features of ekiga - it is a matter of 
hunting for the right parameter etc to make it work.
