[Ekiga-list] DTMF codecs supported by Ekiga

Thanks for quick response.

What does the PayLoad Type depend on?
Can it be 101 sometimes and 96 sometimes?
Does Ekiga see what kind of PayLoad type is supported by recipient
system and then choose the PayLoad type?
