[Ekiga-list] Ekiga paralysed if no registration server

In fact I discovered last night that I can achieve the result I
need, for the demonstration, by simply removing all the DNS
server addresses from my machine's configuration.  Ekiga is no
longer paralysed; I presume any DNS attempts fail immediately
instead of some (long) time later.
