[Ekiga-list] Webcam Doesn\'t Scale

If I understand it correctly, Damien and you say
that the problem is caused by the driver advertising 
it supports QCIF when it does not. But in my case the 
driver knows that QCIF is not supported - so I assume
that the problem lies somewhere else? Or do you mean
that the driver may still advertise it supports QCIF 
to Ekiga even though it internally knows that it does 
not? (Is there a simple way to find this out?)
