[Ekiga-list] Installing from http://www.ekiga.org repository in Xubuntu failed

I tried to install Ekiga over the version that was
installed from the ubuntu repository following
instructions in
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Linux_Users. I am
using Dapper. Got these messages during the
installation in Synaptic and the installation fails:

Some of the packages could not be retrieved from the
server(s).
Do you want to continue, ignoring these packages?


The following problems were found on your system:

W: Failed to fetch
http://www.ekiga.org/admin/downloads/latest/ubuntu/dapper_x86/./ekiga_2.0.9-0.dapper0_i386.deb
  Connection timed out


W: Failed to fetch
http://www.ekiga.org/admin/downloads/latest/ubuntu/dapper_x86/./libpt-1.10.0_1.10.7-0.dapper0_i386.deb
  Connection timed out



I had similar problem with Xubuntu Feisty.
