Hi Chuckk,

I think that you should provide more verbose output to get some help.
I know it isn't easy at first but following those advices given here :
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output_from_Ekiga
and here :
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_send_us_a_backtrace_from_a_crash
would permit other knowledgeable people to help you more successfully.
