It appears that on SUSE 10.2 the file is

/etc/opt/gnome/gconf/schemas/ekiga.schemas

and the piece of data in the file related to listening port is:

  11233 <schema>
  11234 <key>/schemas/apps/ekiga/protocols/sip/listen_port</key>
  11235 <applyto>/apps/ekiga/protocols/sip/listen_port</applyto>
  11236 <owner>Ekiga</owner>
  11237 <type>int</type>
  11238 <default>5060</default>
  11239 <locale name="C">
  11240 <short>Listen port</short>
11241 <long>The port to listen to for incoming connections. Ekiga needs to be restarted
for the new value to take effect</long>
  11242 </locale>
.

Thanks,
  Sergei.
