Here are the specifications:

Video Codec : H.261, H.263 
Audio Codec : G.711, G.723.1, G.729a
Support ADSL, Cable, LAN & WAN 
Support Fix IP, DHCP, PPPoE 
DHCP, IP, TCP, UDP, RTP, TFTP, NTP

But where will you plug it , don't you need an ISP (Internet Service
Provider) ?
