[Ekiga-list] No video or audio exchange with Win32 Version

Then the problem is most probably the DSL itself. Try with and without
video to see if it makes a difference.

I have perfect quality here from my laptop to 500 at ekiga.net, but one is
located in Belgium and the other one is located in France.
