[Ekiga-list] Not able to receive audio .....

Iam new to gnome meeting.I am using it for voice chat.
Problem is that  " audio is being received properly but it's not transmitted
,i could only hear noise at remote system connected to my system ".
I configured it with device : /dev/dsp
                            and i have iLibc and G711 codecs available on my
system.

Can anybody  help me solving this problem,
