Depends how Asterisk interprets them, but if you have

2 - abc
3 - def
4 - ghi
5 - jkl

and you want to "write" EKIGA, just press the number where the letter
is on, then the number of that letter on this key. "B" would be the
second letter on "2" key, so, 2-2.

3-2 5-2 4-3 4-1 2-1
 E   K   I   G   A
