[Ekiga-list] How to troubleshoot ekiga ?

Hi,
thank you for this very quick answer.
I failed to contact sip:500 at ekiga.net.
the file "output.txt" can be found at :
http://www.collinrichard.info/output.txt
To discard any local network problem I have disabled any firewall on my
computer.
