Please describe the problem:
if you click any node that has no actions, the actions label doesn't get
updated and keeps the old actions displayed. This is a bit misleading.

Steps to reproduce:
1. find some node in the tree with 1+ actions
2. click some other node with no actions (fillers, panels & alike)
3. actions still displayed
