I've removed this from CVS, and committed fixes to the wrappers to stop
using it.

I'm about to move the wrappers to a new appwrappers subdirectory of
dogtail-tests.  This will build as a python package which can live as a
module in jhbuild, as a dependency of the tests that need it.  I killed
off some of the wrappers which were just stubs.
