Patch for Makefile, configure.in, dogtail/config.py, dogtail/utils.py,
recorder/Makefile.am, recorder/dogtail-recorder,
recorder/dogtail-recorder.desktop.in ...

The patch fixes:
 - Assign /usr/share/locale instead of Solaris default dir /usr/lib/locale
 - import gnome.ui to override init() to load libgnomeui.mo
 - Added *.desktop.in to be localized.
 - Added configure.in to update .pot file

I cannot find configure.in, Makefile.am from CVS so also added Makefile.
