dogtail is not localized.

To reproduce:
1. Invoke dogtail-recorder

Then the notification dialog "Dogtail requires that Assistive Technology
Support be enabled for it to function...." is not localized.

To reproduce:
1. Invoke sniff.

Then "Name", "_View" "_Help", "Name:", "Role Name:" are not localized.
