Dear GNOMErs,
The GNOME Translation Project (aka gnome-i18n) would like to inform you
about some changes recently made in the project structure.
The SpokesPerson status (two leading members) have been obsoleted in
favour of a larger Coordination Team.

For string freeze break requests, you now always need two approvals from
the Coordination Team. We'll also try to improve the responsiveness
about requests.
