UI Freeze in effect for modules released with 2.7.90

Hi all,

The UI Freeze <http://developer.gnome.org/dotplan/tasks.html#FreezeUIHard>
is in effect for all modules released with 2.7.90: UI changes may not be
made without confirmation from the release team. Maintainers can mak sure
that existing changes get in by making a release this week. :-)
