I closed Anjuta, deleted .anjuta_sym_db, and restarted Anjuta.  The
.anjuta_sym_db was rebuilt, but right clicking on a symbol selecting Goto
then Tag Declaration, or Tag Implementation does nothing.  Even on
functions defined in the local file it cannot find them.
