Folks,

I notice there is a tool that comes with anjuta called
"prepare-changelog.pl" that can be invoked from the tools menu.

Right now it looks like the tool is broken for one reason or another
even though to my eye the code looks fine.

What is the expected input to this tool and what is the expected output
from this tool?  I'd like to take a whack at making it work and offering
it back to the anjuta team for future release...
