[xml] Patch to xmllint

Hi all,

I have recently hacked xmllint and the libxml2 to add a --diff option outputting the attributes on separate lines. This helps to run diff on XML files. I posted the patch here: http://cedric.bosdonnat.free.fr/wordpress/wp-content/upload/libxml2-diff.diff.

What is the procedure to integrate this change? Should it be integrated at all?
