[xml] Whitespaces within URI

Hello,

I have problems with URIs containing
whitespaces using the XSLT document() function. It seems to be a general
problem in libxml2 when loading external documents, for example
C:/Program Files/test.xml

File protocol with %20 as whitespace
escaping doesn't work neither.

Is it a bug in libxml2?
