What about:
If there is only one email provider, only show one category labelled
"Email" (I guess the vast majority will be covered by this).

If there are several email providers (say evolution and kmail), Add
one category labelled "All email" (which is a merge of kmail and
evolution) and the other email categories listed separately and named
"Evolution Email" and "KMail Email".
