[BRANCH] sawfish-1.3 branch added

Hi all,

Development of sawfish 1.3x will now go on in a seperate branch:

svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/sawfish/branches/sawfish-1.3

current version is 1.3.5.3, with backports from 1.5.0.

1.3.5.3 is supposed to be the last of the 1.3x series and will be
released in 4 - 6 weeks.
