You can set multiple library locations with gconf-editor.
Open gconf-editor, in the tree on the left side go to apps->rhythmbox
and edit the key 'library_locations'.

I remember there has been a discussion whether to integrate this
configuration into the RB but I don't know the current state on this
point.
