GTK+ 2.8.14

It turns out that the memory overrun issue for which I did GLib 2.10.1
yesterday also needs a GTK+ change. Therefore I did GTK+ 2.8.14, which 
contains a few further bugfixes beyond the important fix. 

I recommend to use GTK+ 2.8.14 for Gnome 2.14. (Also gives a nice
match between the minor version numbers...)
