You should join the Esperanto Translation Team (http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/eo ). I am CC'ing this email to Guillaume Savaton the coordinator of Esperanto team.
There seems to be no Esperanto translation for orca (http://l10n.gnome.org/module/orca/).
