[orca-list] to get python-speech

Hello!
I wanted to instal speech-dispatcher.
it's writen thet i have to do apt-get install speech-dispatcher it's ok,
then apt-get install python-speech
it couldn't finde any packages.
What to do?
How to install python-speech?
