[orca-list] The wayward Ubuntu login window sounds

Hey all.

A while back, the login window sounds in Ubuntu went AWOL.  I just found 
them.  Yea!  If you haven't found them yet, they live on the 
Accesssibility page of the Login Window Preferences dialog (System menu 
-> Administration).  Maybe they've always lived there, but this was news 
to me.

Unlike the event items in the Sound preferences dialog, these event 
sounds seem to work. <smile>  Although I would test the sounds just to 
be sure.  For instance, the "info" sound seems to be non-existent.
