Hi Chris:

The extended Where Am I functionality will read the status bar of the 
current dialog if it exists and is exposed via the AT-SPI 
infrastructure.  To get the extended Where Am I, you need to do a double 
press of Insert+KP_Enter when using the desktop layout keybindings.
