Well, you might guess that braille would be Ctrl+b, but don't expect it
on enterprise Redhat for awhile. However, if you'll dain to run Fedora
8, you'll find support for this is already builtin. Starting braille in
gdm will not suffer from the audio conflict speech users are working
around on Fedora 8 right now.

In fact, you'll find massive improvements for a11y in Fedora. I would
strongly suggest holding to enterprise doesn't make much sense without
some powerful non-accessibility reason.
