[orca-list] Couldn't start orca

Hello

I've installed and setup orca svn 2550 properly.
But I couldn't start it while startx. I found the following messages:

Cannot start Orca because it cannot connect
to the Desktop.  Please make sure the DISPLAY
environment variable has been set.

Why and how to fix it?
