Orbit2

Its been a while since I have used ORBit and see (from
orbit-resource.sourceforge.net) that ORBit2.3.x is available.  Has this
stablized significantly in the past 6 months to the point of making it
usable?  Previously, I was under the impression that ORBit1 from the
orbit-martin-forked was the best development platform, thoughts?
