Some "nm-system-settings" messages show up while OS startup.

Dear all,

Here is a problem has bothered me for a long time.

The environment is Ubuntu 8.10 in ASUS U6Ep.
Whenever the OS startup, it would show some "nm-system-settings" message
like this:

Although NetworkManager seems to work normally after entering the
desktop, I just feel not right...
Is it a bug of NetworkManager, or did I setup something wrong?
