[no subject]

The DHCP server is set to give out leases of 3 days.
This is also confirmed if I use dhcpcd-test eth0, the lease time is set
to 259200

I'm running
NetworkManager-0.7.0.r4323-1.8
NetworkManager-gnome-0.7.0.r1043-1.7

on an openSUSE 11.1 box.

How can this 'noise' on the network be reduced? Just imagine all the
stations on the network doing this.
