yum remove bind-chroot

This is required because the named D-BUS support can't work in a chroot 
environment.  dbus-daemon doesn't create /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket 
in the bind chroot.  Additionally, people are discouraged from using 
bind-chroot in general as it is obsoleted by SELinux in enforcing mode.
