Nautilus now in git

The main gvfs version control system is now git:
http://git.gnome.org/cgit/nautilus

With this change we move from old style ChangeLog to git-style micro
commits and autogenerated ChangeLog. I've commited a README.commits[1]
that describes this and added the rules to autogenerate the ChangeLog
file.
