342147 - initialize setlocale() before translating strings

Hi,

This is just a small ping about
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=342147
Nautilus's main() calls the _() macro before the locale is initialized,
so we end up with untranslated strings in the UI.

Is the patch in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=342147#c1 OK
to commit?
