Also, what is the future of imon?  I've also heard that SGI have dropped

I used the ones availables on oss.sgi.com
http://oss.sgi.com/projects/fam/
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/fam/download/
and runs perfectly on rh7.1 (kernel 2.2 & 2.4)
