A long time ago there was 2 html components.  One of them was using
GtkHtml.

We (Eazel weenies) decided to focus on the Mozilla based one for a
variety of reasons.

Nothing prevents someone from either bringing that component back to
life or starting a new cleaner one.  It probably wont like inside the
Nautilus code base itself, but it would be a fun third party project I
think.
