[Nautilus-list] Tinderbox build machines need gnome-common, pkgconfig

The gnome-vfs build on Tinderbox is broken because of the recent changes
mentioned here.

The build machines need to install or build gnome-common and pkgconfig. I
suggest we build gnome-common from source, although pkgconfig is probably
stable enough to "just install".
