[Nautilus-list] control center capplet cleanup

In regards to my previous mail about cleaning up the duplicate mime type
capplets for the control center,
I should also mention that doing a

rebuild -a -c

with eazel-hacking will also get rid of the extra bogus mime type
capplet panes in the control center.
