Hi,
Matthew Barnes has been contributing to Evolution for more than two
years and has contributed quite a lot of patches and took over the Mail
maintainership last year and has been going good with it. To note a few,
he ported composer to deprecate Bonobo and trying to the same with
Mailer also.
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/describeuser.cgi?login=mbarnes%40redhat.com
can show his contributions to Evolution bugzilla. He is very active in
the IRC channels also. I would be in favor of granting him the
foundation membership.
