I'm looking at the issue, and talked to the relevant developers. It
seems this specific bug was not reported yet, so I opened one:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=559449
In the document we received from the Supreme Court, there is a mention
of a fix written by Sun for metacity in GNOME 2.22. Do you have more
details about this fix?
Thanks,
Vincent
