Paul has been a useful contributor to GNOME for some time, most
notably by organizing the last GUADEC. Organizing GUADEC should get
you a lifetime membership with gold stars. :) In addition, he has been
a useful and ongoing part of the GNOME Mobile work, which also is
important and substantial. I certainly support his membership.
