He's been contributing many patches to epiphany in the last 6 months (if
not longer), and has also been doing much bugs triaging. I've also seen
him contribute patches to other gnome modules, e.g. in the ongoing gio
porting effort.

 Thus I support him becoming a gnome foundation member.
